  • Peer-Reviewed Books: Scholarly works subjected to rigorous external expert evaluation. This category encompasses a wide range of academic contributions, including peer-reviewed/refereed textbooks, reference books, monographs, research books, academic handbooks, case study collections, methodology books, research methods books, revised doctoral theses, postdoctoral research monographs, and interdisciplinary research books. These titles are published as both e-books and print books, depending on the publishing plan you select, and are assigned an e-ISBN, ISBN, and DOI.   • Non-Peer-Reviewed Books: Professional or specialised titles that undergo internal editorial review rather than formal peer review. This category includes non-peer-reviewed textbooks, reference books, monographs, research books, academic handbooks, case study collections, methodology books, research methods books, revised doctoral theses, postdoctoral research monographs, and interdisciplinary research books. These titles are published as both e-books and print books, depending on the publishing plan you select, and are assigned an e-ISBN, ISBN, and DOI. Furthermore, all titles are indexed in global databases, including Google Scholar and others.   • Print-Only Books: These are non-peer-reviewed works. These are traditional publications formatted exclusively for physical distribution, including textbooks, reference books, monographs, research books, academic handbooks, case study collections, methodology books, research methods books, revised doctoral theses, postdoctoral research monographs, and interdisciplinary research books. These titles are published exclusively in print, depending on the publishing plan you select, and are assigned an ISBN but no DOI. They are indexed in relevant ISBN databases.   • General Books: These are non-peer-reviewed works, including fiction, literary fiction, historical fiction, contemporary fiction, mystery & thriller, science fiction, fantasy, romance, young adult fiction, short story collections, poetry, poetry collections, chapbooks, anthologies, experimental poetry, and spoken word collections. These titles are published as both e-books and print books, depending on the publishing plan you select, and are assigned an e-ISBN, ISBN, and DOI. Furthermore, all titles are indexed in global databases, including Google Scholar and others. They are published as edited volumes under the editorship of the organizer or a scholar designated by them. Note for Edited Works: If you are interested in publishing a peer-reviewed or non-peer-reviewed edited book or edited volume as an editor, or wish to submit a chapter for an Edited Book or Edited Volume, please refer to the Edited Book and Edited Volume Guidelines. These guidelines provide detailed guidance on proposal submission, editorial responsibilities, chapter solicitation, peer review, publication ethics, and the complete editorial and publication process.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before proceeding with your submission, please confirm that your manuscript complies with the following requirements. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the author before editorial evaluation.

  • Originality: The work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration by another publisher.

  • Publication Category: You have identified the appropriate category for your work. You will be required to select one of the following during the submission process: Peer-Reviewed Books, Non-Peer-Reviewed Books, Print-Only Books, General Books, Peer-Reviewed Conference Proceedings, Non-Peer-Reviewed Conference Proceedings, Peer-Reviewed Working Papers, Non-Peer-Reviewed Working Papers, or Reports.

  • Scope: The content aligns with the Aims and Scope of Dscholar Press International.

  • Author Information: All contributors are identified, have approved the submission, and consented to publication.

  • Ethical Compliance: The work adheres to the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement, with all required ethical approvals and conflict of interest disclosures provided.

  • Copyright and Permissions: You hold the necessary copyright or have written permission to reproduce all third-party content (text, figures, illustrations, etc.).

  • AI Disclosure: Any use of AI tools in manuscript preparation is disclosed according to the AI Policy; AI tools are not listed as authors.

  • Formatting: The manuscript strictly follows the designated Formatting Guidelines for your selected category (e.g., A4 size, margins, citation style).

  • Metadata: All required metadata (Title, Abstract, Keywords, Affiliations) entered during submission is accurate and complete.

  • Files: All necessary files—including the main manuscript (anonymized if required), figures, appendices, datasets, and cover letter—have been uploaded.

  • Review Process Awareness: You understand the review process applicable to your category (External Peer Review for peer-reviewed categories; Internal Editorial Assessment for non-peer-reviewed categories).

  • Language Quality: The manuscript has been professionally checked for grammar, spelling, and clarity.

  • Integrity: The work contains no plagiarism, fabricated/falsified data, or image manipulation.

Privacy Statement

DScholar Press International website collects essential data to manage academic workflows and maintain system security. This includes registration profiles containing names, email addresses, institutional affiliations, and ORCID iDs, alongside submitted manuscripts, metadata, abstracts, and peer-review history. We also log technical information such as IP addresses, browser variants, platform interactions, and cookie identifiers to track usage analytics and secure our site infrastructure. All gathered user details are managed strictly within our official publishing parameters and ethical frameworks, ensuring your personal and data records are never exposed to external third parties or exploited for commercial gain.
