Manuscript Processing Fee (MPF)
Manuscript Processing Fees (MPF) Overview
Essential information regarding manuscript fees, processing workflows, discounts, and category links.
What is MPF?
This is the fee charged by the Press for further processing an accepted manuscript into its final, polished book, while giving authors and editors the freedom to choose the publication format and production options that best suit their manuscript from those available at the Press.
When is it Payable?
The Manuscript Processing Fee (MPF) is payable only after the manuscript has received editorial acceptance. Submission, initial screening, and peer review remain completely free of charge, ensuring that authors and editors can make informed publication decisions without any financial obligation during the evaluation process.
Why is it Paid?
It enables authors and editors to exercise the freedom to choose the most appropriate publication format for their manuscript from the options available at the Press, rather than having the format predetermined by the publisher.
How Manuscripts are Processed?
Accepted manuscripts are professionally processed by our in-house production team through expert formatting, typesetting, and design workflows, following a “best of the best” approach to deliver polished, high-quality publications.
