As the first professional publication house in the TTAADC area, Tripura, India, DSCHOLAR PRESS INTERNATIONAL stands as a pioneering institution in the region. Furthermore, it is an authorised ISBN publisher registered with the Raja Rammohun Roy National Agency for ISBN, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India. We publish peer-reviewed books, edited volumes, conference proceedings, working papers, and scholarly reports globally. Authors pay zero submission fees, zero review fees, and zero publication fees. A fixed Manuscript Processing Fee (MPF) applies only after a manuscript gets accepted for publication, with fee waivers available. This MPF enables the authors and editors to get their accepted manuscript published in the format of their choice, allowing them to choose to publish it in open access or subscription access formats, as well as paperback, hardcover, or digital e-book editions. Every published work receives a dedicated DOI and is structured to meet Scopus and Web of Science indexing standards. Authors receive a 15% royalty on each book sold on Amazon or any bookstore.

  • Works written in languages other than English
  • Manuscripts containing hate speech, defamatory language, or illegal material
  • Previously published manuscripts without verified copyright clearance
  • Unsubstantiated pseudo-science, fraudulent data, or unverified research findings
