This policy guarantees that authors who publish digital formats (e-books, monographs, book chapters, or proceedings) with our press are granted perpetual, free-of-charge digital access to download their final published manuscripts at any time.

1. Perpetual Free Access Guarantee

Authors are never required to pay subscription fees, access charges, or paywalls to retrieve their own published works. Once a manuscript has cleared the production pipeline and is published digitally on our platform:

  • Unlimited Downloads: Authors may download the final typeset version of their publication as many times as needed, without any time limits or expiration dates.
  • High-Quality Formats: The downloadable files are the exact high-resolution digital galleys (e.g., PDF) generated during the final production stage.
  • Immediate Availability: Digital access is activated immediately upon the live publication and DOI registration of the manuscript.

2. How to Download Your Published Manuscript

Authors can retrieve their published digital files directly through our centralized online editorial portal, bypassing the need to contact the administrative office. To download your work, follow these standard steps:

  • Step 1: Secure Login. Access the official press online portal and log in using your registered author credentials (the same account used during your initial submission).
  • Step 2: Navigate to Dashboard. From your user dashboard, navigate to your list of submitted manuscripts and select the "Archives" or "Published" submissions tab.
  • Step 3: Select the Title. Click on the specific title of your published book, volume, or chapter to open its detailed publication record.
  • Step 4: Download the File. Locate the digital publication formats (often labeled as "Galleys" or "Publication Formats"). Click on the designated format link (e.g., PDF) to instantly download the final manuscript to your local device.

Self-Archiving & Distribution Rights:

  • Once downloaded, authors are fully encouraged to share this digital copy. You may upload the final published PDF to institutional repositories, personal academic websites, or scholarly networks (like ResearchGate or Academia.edu) in accordance with our Open Access publishing agreement.
  • Always ensure that shared copies maintain the original copyright attribution and Crossref DOI link routing back to the press landing page.
