• Submission Integrity: By uploading a raw manuscript, authors certify that the work is original, unpublished elsewhere, free of plagiarism, and compliant with scholarly publishing ethics.
• Processing & Production Workflow: Submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening, evaluation, editing, layout design, and final production through this Platform. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
• Multi-Channel Distribution: Once processed and accepted, published manuscripts and e-books will be displayed and distributed on this Platform, hosted on the main publisher website (https://www.dscholarpress.com), and made available across global online bookstores and commercial channels.

5. E-Book Purchases & Payment Processing

• Digital Content Access: While open access materials are freely available, non-open access e-books and individual publications hosted or distributed through the Platform require individual purchase.
• PayPal Payment Gateway: All financial transactions on this Platform are processed strictly through PayPal. Neither the Publisher nor the Company collects, stores, or processes credit card, debit card, or banking details on their own servers.
• Pricing & Fees: Prices are displayed prior to final purchase. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees or banking charges assessed by PayPal or their financial institution.
