Book Series | Submission & Publishing Guidelines

When an author submits a manuscript to a specific book series under the Book Series category, the work undergoes a double-blind external peer review by subject experts and series editors. External reviewers evaluate original manuscripts anonymously to assess literary quality, thematic alignment, and contribution to the series before publication acceptance.

Step-by-Step Submission Process for Authors

  1. Account Registration / Login: Register for an account on the submission portal or log in if you already have an active author account.
  2. Start New Submission: Navigate to your Author Dashboard and click Submit a Manuscript to begin the submission workflow.
  3. Select Book Series & Language: Choose your target book series (e.g., Global Voices or Global Stanza) under the submission category, select your submission language, and accept the copyright and privacy statements.
  4. Upload Submission Files: Upload your fully anonymized main manuscript file (.docx format) along with any supplementary documents or introductory note files.
  5. Enter Metadata: Fill in all required publication metadata, including the book title, abstract/synopsis (200–250 words), keywords (5–7 terms), and relevant thematic tags.
  6. Add Contributors: Add contact details, institutional affiliations, biographical sketches, and ORCID iDs for all authors and contributors.
  7. Review and Confirm: Verify all uploaded documents and metadata entries, then click Submit to complete the process.
