Withdrawal Policy

DScholar Press International permits manuscript withdrawal only under specific conditions and within defined stages of the editorial process. Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript before acceptance by submitting a formal written request to the editorial office, clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal.

Once a manuscript has entered peer review or editorial processing, withdrawal is discouraged due to the use of editorial resources and reviewer time. In such cases, withdrawal requests will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the editorial board. Unethical withdrawal practices, such as simultaneous submission to multiple publishers or withdrawal after acceptance without valid justification, are treated as serious violations of publication ethics.

If a manuscript is withdrawn after significant editorial or peer review work has been completed, the publisher may restrict future submissions from the authors involved. All withdrawal decisions are handled in accordance with COPE guidelines to ensure fairness, transparency, and integrity in the publication process.
