No Pay-to-Publish Acceptance Policy

DScholar Press International maintains a strict separation between editorial decision-making and financial transactions. Manuscripts submitted for consideration are evaluated exclusively on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance, and adherence to publication ethics. Under no circumstances does the payment or non-payment of Manuscript Publication Charges (MPC) influence editorial or peer review decisions.

All submissions undergo independent editorial assessment and, where applicable, peer review before any acceptance decision is made. Manuscripts may be accepted, revised, or rejected solely on academic quality and reviewer recommendations. Payment of publication charges applies only after formal acceptance for publication and does not guarantee acceptance at any stage of the review process.

This policy ensures transparency, academic integrity, and alignment with international publishing ethics standards, including COPE guidelines, safeguarding editorial independence and the credibility of published research.
