Accessibility Policy

DScholar Press International is committed to providing broad, equitable, and convenient access to scholarly publications through its Open Monograph Press (OMP) platform. The Press strives to ensure that published content is accessible to researchers, educators, students, institutions, and the general public while maintaining the security and integrity of its publishing system.

Access to the Press website does not require users to register or log in. Visitors may freely browse the website, search publications, view publication metadata, and access publicly available information without creating a user account.

All Open Access monographs and other openly available publications may be viewed, read, and downloaded without user registration or login. The Press supports the principles of open scholarly communication by providing unrestricted access to eligible open-access content.

User registration is optional for general visitors and is required only for users who wish to submit manuscripts, participate in editorial workflows, serve as reviewers, or access role-specific functions within the publishing platform. Visitors may create a user account through the registration system. Editors and Section Editors may also create user accounts for reviewers, editors, authors, or other participants involved in the publication process, as appropriate.

The Press continuously works to improve website usability, accessibility, and compatibility with modern web browsers and devices. Reasonable efforts are made to ensure that users can access published content efficiently while maintaining the security, reliability, and performance of the publishing platform.

This policy supports the principles of openness, accessibility, transparency, and responsible scholarly communication in accordance with international publishing best practices.
