Whistleblower Policy

DScholar Press International encourages the reporting of any suspected research misconduct, ethical violations, or editorial malpractice in good faith. Whistleblowers may include authors, reviewers, editors, readers, or any individual who becomes aware of potential issues affecting the integrity of the scholarly record.

Reports may be submitted confidentially to the editorial office and will be handled with strict confidentiality to protect the identity of the whistleblower, where possible and appropriate. All allegations are taken seriously and investigated in accordance with established editorial procedures and COPE guidelines.

The publisher ensures that whistleblowers are protected from retaliation or adverse consequences resulting from their disclosure, provided the concerns are raised in good faith and with reasonable evidence. Malicious or knowingly false allegations may be subject to appropriate action.

Investigations may involve editorial review, peer review reassessment, or escalation to an ethics committee depending on the nature and severity of the issue. The objective is to ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability in scholarly publishing.
