Submission Policy

DScholar Press International accepts manuscript submissions through its designated submission system or official communication channel as specified on the Press website. This policy applies to all submissions, including peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed books, scholarly monographs, edited volumes, conference proceedings, working papers, and research reports.

All manuscripts submitted to the Press must be original, complete, and not under consideration by any other publisher unless disclosed at the time of submission. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the submission complies with the aims and scope of the Press, as well as all applicable ethical, legal, and formatting requirements.

At the time of submission, authors are required to provide complete and accurate metadata, including author details, institutional affiliations, manuscript title, abstract, keywords, and contact information for the corresponding author. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the submitted manuscript and consent to its submission.

A declaration of conflict of interest must be included with every submission. Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, personal, or professional relationships that could influence or be perceived to influence the research, interpretation, or publication of the manuscript. Failure to disclose relevant conflicts of interest may result in rejection of the submission or other editorial action.

Authors must also provide funding information, ethical approval details where applicable, and any necessary permissions for copyrighted material included in the manuscript. Where research involves human participants, animals, or sensitive data, appropriate ethical compliance documentation must be provided.

Submissions must be written in clear and formal academic English. Manuscripts that do not meet basic language or formatting requirements may be returned to authors for revision before editorial consideration.

All submissions are subject to either peer review or editorial assessment depending on the publication category. The submission category determines the applicable review process, which is communicated to authors at the time of submission.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that any use of artificial intelligence or generative tools in preparing the manuscript is disclosed at the time of submission, where applicable.

DScholar Press International reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with these requirements or fails to meet the ethical, academic, or editorial standards of the Press. The submission process is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and integrity in scholarly publishing.
