Refund Policy

DScholar Press International follows a strict no-refund policy for Manuscript Publication Charges (MPC). Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal of the manuscript, rejection after peer review, or author-initiated withdrawal at any stage of the editorial process.

Manuscript Publication Charges are applied towards editorial assessment, peer review management, production, typesetting, DOI/ISBN assignment, hosting, indexing support, and long-term preservation services, all of which are initiated upon submission and processing of the manuscript.

Authors are required to ensure full compliance with submission guidelines and publication policies before making payment. By proceeding with payment, authors acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions may only be considered in rare cases of duplicate payment or technical billing errors, subject to verification and approval by the publisher.
