Manuscript Removal Policy

DScholar Press International may consider manuscript removal from its online platform only in exceptional circumstances where legal, ethical, or safety concerns arise that cannot be addressed through standard corrections, retractions, or editorial notices. Removal is not a routine practice and is undertaken only when continued availability of the content would cause legal infringement, serious harm, or violation of ethical standards.

Cases that may justify removal include court orders, defamation risks, privacy breaches, unlawful content, or other legal obligations requiring immediate action. In such situations, the publisher may replace the content with a notice indicating that the work has been removed for legal or ethical reasons, while preserving the scholarly record where possible.

Where appropriate, a retraction notice or explanation will be retained in place of the original content to ensure transparency and maintain the integrity of academic records. All removal decisions are made in accordance with international publishing ethics standards, including COPE guidelines.
