Editorial Dispute Resolution Policy

DScholar Press International is committed to resolving editorial disputes in a fair, transparent, and unbiased manner while maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. Editorial disputes may arise between authors, reviewers, editors, or the publisher regarding manuscript decisions, peer review outcomes, authorship issues, or ethical concerns.

All disputes are first reviewed internally by an independent senior editorial member who was not involved in the original decision. If required, the matter may be escalated to the editorial board or an independent ethics committee for further evaluation. The resolution process is based on documented evidence, publication ethics standards, and COPE guidelines.

During the dispute resolution process, editorial decisions may be temporarily held or reviewed, but publication integrity and confidentiality are strictly maintained. The final decision is communicated clearly to all involved parties with appropriate justification.

This policy ensures accountability, impartiality, and consistent application of publishing standards across all editorial processes.
