Author Guidelines
Authors submitting manuscripts to DScholar Press International must follow the guidelines set by the Press to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity across all publications. These guidelines apply to all submission types, including peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed books, scholarly monographs, edited volumes, conference proceedings, working papers, and research reports.
Manuscripts must be original and must not have been published previously or be under consideration by another publisher unless disclosed at the time of submission. Authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy in all parts of the manuscript, including text, data, references, tables, figures, and supplementary materials. All sources must be properly cited using a recognized academic citation style as required by the Press.
Submissions must be written in clear and formal academic English. The manuscript must be structured in a logical format with appropriate headings and consistent presentation. The Press may request revisions to improve clarity, organization, and formatting before acceptance.
Authors must comply with research ethics and publication ethics requirements. Ethical approval must be obtained where required, and informed consent must be secured for research involving human participants. Permissions must be obtained for copyrighted materials. Any conflict of interest must be declared at the time of submission, including financial, institutional, or personal relationships that may influence the work.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all listed authors approve the submitted version of the manuscript and agree to its submission. Authorship must reflect actual contributions to the work. Any change in authorship after submission requires approval from all authors and written justification to the editorial office.
Manuscripts must be submitted through the designated submission system or official submission channel specified by the Press. All required documents, including author details, conflict of interest statement, funding information, and ORCID identifiers where applicable, must be provided at the time of submission. Incomplete submissions are not processed.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that any use of artificial intelligence or generative tools in preparing the manuscript is disclosed. Any AI-assisted content must be reviewed and verified by the authors before submission.
The Press applies peer review or editorial assessment depending on the publication type. Authors must accept the review process applicable to their submission category. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, originality, and compliance with publication ethics.
Authors must respond to revision requests and reviewer or editorial comments within the specified timeframe. Failure to respond may result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.
DScholar Press International reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with these guidelines or fail to meet academic or ethical standards. These guidelines ensure consistency, transparency, and integrity across all publications issued by the Press.
