Archiving Policy
DScholar Press International is committed to ensuring the long-term accessibility, preservation, and integrity of all published scholarly works. This Archiving Policy defines the procedures through which published content is stored, maintained, and made permanently accessible to authors, readers, libraries, and indexing services.
All published materials are securely archived on the Press’s primary publishing platform along with associated metadata, including author details, publication identifiers, references, and licensing information. Regular backups are performed to ensure protection against data loss, system failure, or accidental deletion.
In addition to internal storage systems, DScholar Press International supports external archiving through recognized preservation and repository platforms where applicable. These external systems provide additional redundancy and ensure that published content remains accessible even in the event of platform migration or technical disruption.
Each publication is assigned persistent identifiers such as ISBN and/or DOI, where applicable, to ensure stable citation and long-term discoverability. Metadata is preserved and maintained in accordance with indexing requirements to support inclusion in academic databases and search engines.
Archived content remains permanently accessible unless removal is required for legal, ethical, or regulatory reasons. In such cases, a notice of removal or retraction will be retained to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.
This policy ensures continuity of access, strengthens scholarly communication, and aligns with internationally accepted best practices in academic publishing and digital preservation.
