Strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy

All sales of publications—both print and digital—made available through dscholarpress.com to customers across India and internationally are strictly final. Under no circumstances will any returns, cancellations, or refunds be entertained post-sale.

1. Scope of Application

This Refund and Return Policy applies universally to all individual customers, institutions, researchers, and corporate entities purchasing print or digital publications, journals, books, and articles through dscholarpress.com, regardless of geographic location (within India or abroad).

Digital Publications & E-Journals

Due to the intangible, irrevocable, and downloadable nature of digital media, e-books, and online journal articles:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be granted once access credentials, download links, or viewing permissions have been dispatched or activated.
  • Digital transactions are deemed fully executed immediately upon completion of purchase.

Print Publications & Books

For physical print copies and hardbound publications purchased domestically and internationally:

  • All sales are absolute and final. We do not accept returns or process exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or delivery delays.
  • Cancellations of print orders cannot be processed once the shipment has been dispatched.

2. Finality of Transactions

By completing a transaction on dscholarpress.com, the customer explicitly acknowledges, agrees, and consents to this strict No-Return, No-Refund, and No-Cancellation policy. Customers are strongly advised to review their order details carefully (including format, title, and edition) prior to finalizing any purchase.
