DScholar Press International has officially issued an open call for proposals dedicated to edited books and scholarly volumes. The academic publishing house is calling on volume editors, project leads, and academic faculties across all disciplines to submit proposals and full manuscripts for consideration.

Call for Edited Collections Across All Disciplines

The publisher accepts proposal submissions year-round across a broad spectrum of research areas. To accommodate varying publication goals, DScholar Press International offers two distinct pathways for edited collections:

  1. Peer-Reviewed Edited Books
Designed for thematic collections where every submitted chapter undergoes external peer review to maintain high academic standards.
  2. Non-Peer-Reviewed Edited Books
Tailored for edited compilations, festschrifts, and institutional volumes, which are reviewed internally by volume and press editors.

Key Submission Guidelines

To ensure a seamless editorial review, DScholar Press International highlights several important submission protocols:

  • Mandatory Online Portal Submissions: All proposals and full manuscripts must be submitted online through the press’s official portal by the corresponding or submitting author. Submissions sent via email will not be accepted or considered.
  • Policy Compliance: Editors and contributors are strongly encouraged to review the press’s official Publication Workflow Policy and Publication Time-Frame Policy prior to submitting their proposals.
  • Direct Guidelines: Detailed editor guidelines for both peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed tracks are accessible via the publisher’s platform.

Volume editors with inquiries or prospective book proposals are encouraged to reach out directly to the publisher’s editorial office via their official contact channels.
