We support the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and apply ethical standards throughout the publication process.

These standards apply to authors, editors, reviewers, editorial board members, conference editors, proceedings editors, report coordinators, and publishing staff involved in the publication process.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made by editors and reviewers on the basis of:

  • Academic merit

Publication fees, sponsorship, institutional affiliations, or personal relationships do not influence editorial decisions.

Editors are expected to evaluate submissions fairly and maintain confidentiality during the review and publication process.

Peer Review and Editorial Review

Journal manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process unless otherwise stated by the publication.

Books, conference proceedings, and reports are reviewed through editorial review, peer review, or expert evaluation depending on the nature of the publication.

Reviewers and editors are expected to:

  • Review submissions objectively
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Declare conflicts of interest
  • Submit evaluations within the assigned timeline

Reviewer and editorial comments may be shared with authors for revision and editorial decision-making.

Declared conflicts are reviewed and managed to maintain fairness and transparency in the publication process.
