At DSCHOLAR PRESS INTERNATIONAL, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical publishing and editorial integrity in the publication of scholarly journals and academic books. Our publishing practices are guided by the principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), ensuring fairness, transparency, accountability, and academic excellence throughout the publication process.

We firmly uphold the principle that publication decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, relevance, and ethical compliance. DSCHOLAR PRESS INTERNATIONAL is not a pay-and-publish platform. The payment of any processing or publication fees does not guarantee acceptance for publication. All submissions are subject to rigorous editorial assessment and, where applicable, peer review procedures before any publication decision is made.

1. Policy for Journal Publishing

1.1 Editorial Independence

All editorial decisions for journal manuscripts are made independently by the Editor/editorial board and appointed reviewers. Decisions are based exclusively on:

  • Academic quality
  • Originality of the work
  • Relevance to the journal scope
  • Ethical compliance
  • Reviewer recommendations

Financial considerations do not influence editorial decisions at any stage.

1.2 Peer Review Process

All journal submissions undergo a structured double-blind peer review process, in which both author and reviewer identities remain confidential. Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and are required to evaluate manuscripts impartially, objectively, and confidentially.

The editorial office ensures that all review comments are communicated transparently to authors and that final decisions are made on the basis of academic merit.

1.3 Plagiarism and Misconduct Prevention

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using recognized plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, falsified data, fabricated results, or any form of unethical research conduct are rejected.

In cases where misconduct is identified after publication, the publisher will take appropriate corrective action, including issuing corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions, in accordance with COPE guidelines.

1.4 Conflict of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect the objectivity of the editorial or review process. Such conflicts are evaluated and managed to preserve the integrity of the publication process.

1.5 Confidentiality

All submitted manuscripts and related communications are treated as confidential documents. Reviewer identities and manuscript contents are protected throughout the editorial and review process.

2. Policy for Book Publishing

2.1 Editorial Assessment

Book proposals and manuscripts submitted to DSCHOLAR PRESS INTERNATIONAL are evaluated by qualified editors and subject specialists. Publication decisions are based on academic merit, originality, market relevance, and compliance with ethical publishing standards.

No manuscript is accepted solely on the basis of payment.

2.2 Quality and Integrity Standards

Authors are required to submit original work that properly acknowledges all sources. The publisher verifies originality and ensures that all copyrighted materials, figures, or excerpts included in the manuscript have the required permissions.

Any evidence of plagiarism, copyright infringement, fabricated content, or unethical research practices will result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.

2.3 Authorship Transparency

All authors and contributors must be appropriately identified. Authorship disputes or misrepresentation of contributions are handled in accordance with ethical publishing standards.

2.4 Post-Publication Responsibility

If errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication, DSCHOLAR PRESS INTERNATIONAL will investigate the matter and issue necessary corrections or revisions to preserve the integrity of the published record.

3. Non-Predatory Publishing Commitment

DSCHOLAR PRESS INTERNATIONAL strictly rejects predatory publishing practices. We do not offer publication in exchange for payment without editorial scrutiny.

Any publication-related fees are charged solely to support legitimate editorial, peer review, production, and dissemination services. These fees do not influence editorial judgment, reviewer recommendations, or publication outcomes.

This policy ensures that all published works meet recognized academic and ethical standards and that authors receive fair, transparent, and credible publishing services.

4. Commitment to Ethical Excellence

Through adherence to COPE principles, DSCHOLAR PRESS INTERNATIONAL maintains a responsible and transparent publishing environment for authors, reviewers, editors, and academic institutions.

Our publishing ethics policy is founded on:

  • Integrity in editorial decisions
